ToyCon Cosplay KO 10-point guidelines

1. ToyCon Cosplay 2019 is an INDIVIDUAL cosplay competition
2. ToyCon Cosplay as well as the entire convention is PG-15
3. 18 y.o. and under must obtain a PARENTAL CONSENT FORM 
4. Participants must fill up the REGISTRATION FORM provided.
5. PRE-REGISTRATION is open from May 1 – June 25 11:59PM. On-site reg is also open on June 29, 2019.
6. Performance time limit is upto TWO (2) MINUTES ONLY.
7. Competition begins at 4:00PM Saturday. Be there 1 hour before!
8. Audio should be burned into a blank CD-R. No other media storage allowed!
9. Competition criteria is as follows:
   1. 40% for Performance
   2. 35% for Costume
   3. 20% for Faithfulness to Original Work
   4. 5% for Audience Impact
10. Only 3 winners will be selected and a special award will be given.
    1. 1^st Place
    2. 2^nd Place
    3. 3^rd Place
    4. Chibi Award (for 15 y.o. and below)
