BOOTH REGISTRATION STARTS NOW!

How to register as a Merchant for Toycon 2019
1. Registration for Merchants will open on March 24,2019 ( Sunday) at 12:01 AM.
Food Concessionaires and Artist Alley registrations will be announced soon.

2. Pls. check out Toycon 2019 Floorplan on our website (www.toyconph.com) or FB account Toycon PH on the SAID date .

3. Pls. text your NAME and desired booth numbers to 09065067616 or 09491928840 or 09064885404.
We will reply and confirm your reservation.
Booth reservations are on a first come first serve basis.
It will be based on the time your text is received.
Booth reservation is strictly thru SMS no Calls will be entertained on the first day only.

4. Payment details will be given once we confirm your reservation.

5. Once confirmed pls. fill out the Exhibitor registration form from our website and submit to us after filling it up.

6. General Event Details:
a. Date and Place of Event: June 28-30,2019 at SMX Halls 1-4 and Function Rooms 1-2 at the Second Floor.

b. Booth rate: PHP 16k for a regular booth for the 3 day event
PHP 18k for a corner booth for the 3 day event

**Full payment is highly recommended
Otherwise a 50% deposit must be made within one week upon registration.
The remaining balance must be made on or before May 15,2019.
Failure to do so will mean forfeiture of your reservation.

c. Booth specs: 2×2 meters with 2 tables, 2 chairs, carpet, Back / Side partitions, one electrical outlet and 3 badges.
