MECHANICS

1. The Cosplay KO! is an INDIVIDUAL Cosplay Competition by ToyCon PH.

2. ALL participants must fill up the REGISTRATION FORM provided.

3. Participants under 18 years of age on the day of the competition must obtain parental/guardian consent and fill out the  PARENTAL CONSENT section of our registration form.

4. Participants must prepare a performance no longer than ONE (1) MINUTE.

5. Be at the designated participant holding area 30 minutes prior to the competition. Failure to appear in the cosplay waiting area disqualifies your entry.

6. Background audio for the performance is not required but if you have one it should be burned into a blank CD-R. We will allow Bluetooth transfer but FLASH/USB STORAGE TRANSFER IS NOT ALLOWED.

7. The event’s staff and volunteers up to 2nd degree of consanguinity cannot participate in the Cosplay Competition.

8. All weapons must comply with Anime Alliance Weapons and Props Policy. No Authentic and/or metal and/or explosive weapons and/or objects deemed unsafe by the Cosplay Committee will be allowed to enter the events. Anyone found with any objects such as these will have them confiscated and they will be returned at the end of the event. If the situation warrants the person may be removed from the premises and the authorities will be notified.

9. Participants will be scored based on the Criteria for Judging listed below.

10. The participant with the highest score will be declared the Grand Winner. A special prize for one Best Chibi Cosplay will be awarded.

• Quality and Craftsmanship 35%

• Faithfulness to Original Work 20%

• Audience Impact 5%
