EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

  1. Complete all required fields accurately and submit the form.

IMPORTANT: For group bookings, only one member should register on behalf of the group. Multiple registrations will result in delays, loss of queue priority and possible forfeiture of your registration.

  1. After submitting, you should receive an automated acknowledgment or screen confirmation. If you need to correct information after submitting, email toyconph2@gmail.com instead of re-registering.

  2. The TOYCON team will review your submission and queue your request using the exact timestamp of your submission. Booth numbers are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.

NOTE FOR CORNER BOOTHS: Corner booths are very limited and allocated at the discretion of management. For every 2-3 booths booked, a maximum of 1 corner booth may be allocated. If a corner booth cannot be accommodated, the team will contact you with the best available alternative.

  1. Your reservation will be confirmed within a day of registration submission. If any adjustments are needed (e.g., booth layout or corner availability), the team will reach out for your confirmation.

  2. Follow any instructions included in your confirmation (e.g., deadlines for completing exhibitor details, submitting brand lists, or other compliance requirements). Watch for subsequent communications regarding event guidelines and move-in schedules.
