The competition is open to everyone.

Photograph your Cosplay model in accordance with the year’s theme.
Participants can only use photos shot in the year 2023.

Each participant is limited to one entry.
We will allow digital manipulation, effects, and other adjustments for the first time.

Entries can be shot in digital or film. Colored or black-and-white photos are both acceptable.

Photo paper entries must be printed and placed on black illustration board.

Photo size requirements are 8 x 11′′ or 9 x 12′′.

Include a 2 X 5.5′′ label printed on white paper and pasted beneath your photo artwork that reads:
