1. Create an animated short feature in any genre.

2. Animated short should not exceed 15 minutes of running time. End credits are not included.

3. Entries can be 2D, 3D, flash, CGI, colored, black and white.

4 7. Language can be in English or Filipino, if your film will be in other foreign language, english subtitles are required.

8. Videos should be submitted in digital video format burned in a CD, we will accept only digital format of .avi, .mpeg, .mov, .flv, .dat files or videos converted into VCD or DVD.

9. Final deadline of entries will be on June 10, 2007 at 5pm.
