For those who wanted to re-enter the venue, you may get wristband at designated exit areas. The wristbands will serve as your pass to re-enter the event venue.
Code of Conduct
Attendees must respect common sense rules for public behavior, personal interaction, common courtesy, and respect for private property. Harassing or offensive behavior will not be tolerated.
No Drugs, Alcohol and Illegal Controlled Substances
ToyCon is a DRUG & ALCOHOL FREE event. Anyone caught having illegal substances and/or alcohol with them – especially being consumed within our jurisdiction, will be escorted out of the venue and be turned-over to proper authorities.
No Outside Food Allowed
Except for Foods bought at the two coffee shops located the lobby, all outside food are not allowed.
Use of Paging System
P.A. System is for event use only.
No Pets Allowed
Pets will not be allowed entry inside the hall.
No Sitting in Exhibit Hall Aisles
To ensure free flow of visitor traffic, we will not allow people to sit or block the aisles.
No Smoking, Including E-cigarettes and Vaping Products and Devices
No smoking is allowed at any Convention event areas at any time and in any location.
Only authorized drones or flying objects are allowed inside the event venue.
Be Polite. ASK BEFORE YOU SHOOT.
No harassment or physical contact. Violators will be sent out of the venue and refused entry.
Setting-up of Lights stands is not allowed.
INSIDE THE EVENT HALL
Do not leave your belongings unattended.
Do not leave your children unattended.
DO NOT TOUCH THE EXHIBITS, DISPLAYS AND CONTEST ENTRIES. You may be liable for any damages on it that you may cause.
Report any suspicious behavior to any event staff or go to the Secretariat.
On Missing Kids and Belongings
You may report missing kids or belongings to the Secretariat, located inside the venue.
We will use the P.A. system to announce these concerns to speed-up the locations of the kids and recovery of belongings.
On Lost and Found
The Secretariat will be the lost and found center where you can surrender found items and recover lost items.
The organizer has the right to refuse entry and escort visitors out of the event venue.
The decision of the organizer is final and executory.
